How are orders with in-stock and back-ordered items shipped?
By default, orders containing both in-stock and back-ordered items are shipped together once all items are available. This helps reduce additional shipping costs and ensures orders arrive complete.
If your order is time sensitive, we recommend placing in-stock items as a separate order.
Requesting part-shipping
If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, you can request a split shipment by contacting our support team after placing your order. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
Part-shipping is not automatic and must be agreed in advance.
Cancelling or changing back-ordered items
If a back-ordered item is no longer required, our support team can advise on the available options. In some cases, store credit may be offered so you can select an in-stock alternative and avoid further delays.
Options can vary depending on the order status and supplier commitments, so we recommend contacting support as soon as possible.
