Can I get a quotation or pro-forma invoice before paying?

Yes. Any buyer can request a formal quote from the basket and pay when their procurement team is ready. You do not need an account or an application. Pricing is shown on the store, and shipping is calculated at checkout from your chosen delivery option.

Requesting a quote

1. Add the products you need to your basket and go to checkout.
2. Under Payment options, choose Request a Quote, then place the order. No payment is taken.
3. Your quote arrives by email with a pro-forma invoice PDF to pay against.
4. The quote stays open for 14 days, and you get email reminders before it expires.

Important notes

• Nothing ships until the quote is paid, and a quote does not hold stock.
• Pro-forma invoices are for payment only. They are not VAT invoices and do not extend credit terms.
• Pricing and availability can change until payment is completed.
• Buying on a purchase order? Raise a quote as above and pay against the pro-forma invoice.

For KSEC EU customers: VAT is shown and charged in EUR according to EU place-of-supply rules. Your final VAT invoice reflects the VAT applied to your EU order.
