Enter your order number, for example KLABS-12345. Requests without a valid order number cannot be processed.

Condition Of Goods

All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items to be repaired, an RMA must be raised within seven 14 days (UK) or 30 (International) of the purchase date. Returned items must be in the condition stated above. Items returned in a different condition may be rejected or subject to deductions.
