This is used to confirm eligibility under our returns and repair timeframes (14 days UK / 30 days international for RMAs).

All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items to be repaired, an RMA must be raised within seven 14 days (UK) or 30 (International) of the purchase date. Returned items must be in the condition stated above. Items returned in a different condition may be rejected or subject to deductions.

All return and repair requests must include clear photos of the product and condition. Repair requests must show the issue, or include a link in the description to a short video if helpful.
