UK free shipping

The following free shipping options are available for UK orders:

• Orders over £25 - Free Economy Shipping (estimated 3–5 business days) via Evri or Royal Mail
• Orders over £150 - Free Upgraded Shipping (estimated 1–2 business days)
• Orders over £500 - Free Heavy Delivery for shipments over 2 kg

International free shipping

For international orders, the following thresholds apply:

• Orders over £150 - Free standard international shipping
• Orders over £250 - Free priority dispatch with international shipping
• Orders over £4,000 - Free heavy international shipping

International delivery times may vary and do not include customs clearance.

Oversized or heavy shipments

Some international destinations have weight restrictions, particularly for Royal Mail services. For certain countries, Royal Mail does not support international shipments over 2 kg.

We always try to ship orders in a single consignment where possible. If an order exceeds service limits, we may:

1. Split the shipment into multiple parcels, or
2. Use an alternative courier where available

In some cases, additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or heavy orders.
