We offer free shipping on qualifying orders based on order value, destination and shipment size. It is applied automatically at checkout where eligible. No code is needed.

Thresholds differ for UK and international orders, and the qualifying amount for your basket is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. You can always choose a paid-for service instead if you would prefer a faster or tracked option.

Free shipping methods are not guaranteed and may vary with the contents of your order. Some international destinations have weight limits, particularly on Royal Mail services, so heavier orders may be split across parcels or routed via an alternative courier. Where that carries an additional fee it is shown at checkout before you pay.

For KSEC EU customers (eu.ksec.co.uk, Belgium dispatch)

All EU orders ship from our own warehouse in Belgium. Delivery is charged per order, and free delivery is applied automatically once your basket reaches the threshold for your destination. No code is needed.

Delivery rates and free-delivery thresholds vary by destination. Your exact cost is shown at checkout once you enter your address, and the current rates for every destination are listed on our EU shipping page.

Prices on the EU store are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout at your destination country rate under the One-Stop-Shop scheme, and free-delivery thresholds are based on the order total before VAT. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout for reverse charge.

Orders outside the EU are sent duties unpaid. Import duties and local taxes are charged by the destination country.
