Your VAT invoice is automatically issued once your order is completed.

You will receive it:

1. As your order completion email, with a PDF version attached

Your invoice is sent within the "Order Complete" email, which also includes a PDF attached version for your records. Please note these are directly from our store, not payment receipts from the payment processor. 



2. Via your account order history when logged into your store account

Invoices are also accessible within your account E.G "https://labs.ksec.co.uk/my-account/orders/" order history and can be downloaded via the invoice button.

When invoices are issued

VAT invoices are generated after order completion only. Invoices are not issued prior to completion and are sent automatically for every eligible order.

Guest checkouts

If you checked out as a guest and did not create a store account at the time of purchase, you can register an account later using the same email address.

If you need access to invoices for previous guest orders, please contact our support team and we can allocate your past orders to your account where possible.
