No. We do not assist with cloning, copying, bypassing, or replicating payment cards, access credentials, or any form of card used for payments, access control, or identification.
Attempting to clone or copy cards may be illegal and can breach data protection and misuse laws. For this reason, our support team cannot:
- Provide step by step instructions to clone, copy, modify, or otherwise misuse cards
- Assess whether a specific card can be cloned based on a photo, scan, or description
- Review or accept images of cards, passes, or any sensitive personal data
- Assist with testing or operating card cloning tools on cards you do not own or are not explicitly authorised to test
Please do not send photos of cards, access passes, or personal data to our support team.
Legitimate use of our products
We sell hardware and tools intended for legitimate research, education, security testing, and authorised audits.
In lawful contexts, we can provide high level, non operational information about a product’s capabilities, such as:
- Supported technologies or protocols
- General compatibility information taken from product specifications
For example, we can confirm that a device supports NFC, ISO14443, or low frequency tags. We cannot provide guidance on how to clone, copy, or misuse cards, even where ownership is claimed.
If you are performing lawful testing
If you are carrying out authorised testing, we strongly recommend that you:
- Only test cards and systems you own or have explicit written permission to test
- Work with an approved security auditor, system administrator, or facilities or security team
- Follow all relevant laws and organisational data protection policies
If you would like general, non actionable information about a product’s supported technologies, please provide the product model and we can point you to the relevant specifications.
