Current Order Number Format

All current orders start with KLABS- followed by numbers, for example KLABS-45692.

Where to Find Your Order Number

1. Order Confirmation and Dispatch Emails

After placing an order, you will receive an order processing or confirmation email. When your order ships, you will also receive a dispatch email.

Both emails clearly display your order number near the top of the message.

Tip: Search your inbox for “KLABS-” to locate the email quickly.

2. PDF Invoice Attached to the Order Confirmation

Your order confirmation email includes a PDF invoice as an attachment. The order number is shown at the top of the invoice.

3. My Account > Order History

If you created an account at checkout, you can find your order number by logging in

Steps:

1. Log in to your account: https://labs.ksec.co.uk/my-account/
2. Go to My Account
3. Select Orders or Order History
4. Your order number is listed next to each order

Examples of References That Are Not Order Numbers

Payment processor references look different and cannot be used to locate your order.

Stripe Payment References

These often look like:

PayPal Transaction References

These often look like:

9HX12345AB678901C

4FJ98234LK001234P

PayPal Transaction ID or Receipt ID

If your reference does not start with KLABS-, it is not an order number.

Legacy Order Numbers

If your order was placed on our legacy store, the format may be different.

Older KSEC orders may start with KSOL-

Orders placed before 10/11/2024 may be a simple 6 digit number (for example 123456)
