If you wish to cancel an order, please submit an order cancellation request via our support portal as soon as possible.
We will always try to process cancellation requests, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Why cancellations may not be possible
Our warehouse operates on fast dispatch times, often the same day or within 1 working day, particularly for express delivery orders. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In these cases, the order will need to be handled through our returns process after delivery, in line with our returns policy.
Orders that have already shipped
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you no longer require the item, you may return it once delivered, subject to our return conditions and exclusions.
Store credit and refunds
In some cases, where a cancellation is requested before dispatch but after payment processing has begun, store credit may be offered instead of a refund. This helps avoid delays and allows you to select an alternative item without waiting for funds to be returned.
Available options depend on the order status and payment stage, and our support team will advise on what is possible in your case.
