KSEC Worldwide Ltd complies with applicable UK, EU, and US sanctions, export control, and trade compliance regulations.

As a result, we are unable to ship physical goods or provide certain services to specific countries or regions that are subject to international sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions.

These restrictions are not set by KSEC alone and may arise from legal requirements, payment providers, courier limitations, or export control obligations.
 

Countries and regions we do not ship to

We currently do not ship orders to the following countries or regions:

• Libya
• Somalia
• South Sudan
• Eritrea
• Venezuela
• Cuba
• Russia
• Belarus
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Afghanistan
• Myanmar

This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time to reflect changes in sanctions regulations, courier restrictions, or payment provider requirements.

Manufacturer export restrictions (some brands, including Hak5)

Separately from the sanctions list above, some manufacturers classify their products under US export regulations and permit sales only to an approved list of destination countries, rather than restricting a specific blocked list. In practice this means a country can be perfectly lawful for general trade but still fall outside a particular manufacturer's approved destinations.

Hak5 products are an example. Hak5 limits availability to destinations granted favourable treatment under US License Exception ENC, which is an approved list of roughly forty countries. The restriction is set by the manufacturer, not by KSEC.

Because this is an approved-list rather than a blocked-list, a destination that does not appear in our sanctions list above may still be ineligible for these specific products. Orders to restricted destinations

Orders placed with a billing address, shipping address, payment method, or other connection to a restricted country or region may be:

• blocked at checkout
• cancelled prior to dispatch
• refunded if compliance cannot be confirmed

We are unable to reroute, relabel, or alter shipments to bypass sanctions or export restrictions.
 

Screening and checks

To meet our compliance obligations, orders may be screened using information such as:

• billing and shipping address
• payment method and issuing country
• IP location
• courier and customs requirements

In some cases, additional checks may be required, or an order may be declined even if a country is not explicitly listed above.
 

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order, delivery address, and intended use comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in line with our Terms and Conditions.
