When will I receive my order? – KSEC Worldwide

For KSEC Worldwide customers (labs.ksec.co.uk, UK dispatch)

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and in-stock items leave our UK warehouse the same day. Delivery times count from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

If your order contains backordered items, dispatch may be delayed. If you require in-stock items urgently, we recommend placing a separate order.

UK delivery times

Free Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days
Tracked Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days
Tracked Express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days
Next Day Delivery: next working day, order by 3pm Monday to Friday
Saturday Delivery: order by Friday 3pm
DHL Express: 1 to 2 working days

International delivery times

The following estimates exclude any time required for customs clearance:

Tracked Standard Delivery: 3 to 10 working days
DHL Express: 1 to 3 working days
Free Economy: 10 to 20 working days

For KSEC EU customers (eu.ksec.co.uk, Belgium dispatch)

We dispatch in-stock EU orders from Brussels within one working day. Delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout and the destination country.

Belgium: typically 1 to 2 business days after dispatch (bpost)
Rest of the EU: typically 2 to 6 business days after dispatch, by DHL or DPD depending on destination

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Backordered items will delay dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
