UK delivery estimates

Once dispatched, typical UK delivery times are:

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1 business day
• Upgraded shipping: 1 to 2 business days
• DHL Express: 1 business day after courier collection
• Economy services: 3+ business days

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

International delivery estimates

International delivery times vary by destination and courier.

The following estimates exclude any time required for customs clearance:

• DHL Express: Typically 1 to 3 business days
• Standard international services: Approximately 1 to 3 weeks
   

For KSEC EU customers (eu.ksec.co.uk, Belgium dispatch)

We dispatch in-stock EU orders from Brussels within one working day. Delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout and the destination country.

• Belgium: typically 1 to 2 business days after dispatch (bpost)
• Rest of the EU: typically 2 to 6 business days after dispatch, by DHL or DPD depending on destination

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Backordered items will delay dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
