1. Dispatch email
Once your order has been dispatched using a trackable shipping service, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Check your dispatch email first:
After dispatch, we send an email from warehouse@worldwide.ksec.co.uk
The subject line will be similar to: Your order KLABS-123456 has been shipped!
Inside the email, click the link next to Track Your Shipment to view live tracking updates
What does the dispatch email look like?
Your dispatch email will show:
- Your order number (for example KLABS-123456)
- The courier used (such as Royal Mail or DHL)
- The shipping service selected
- A Track Your Shipment link
- The delivery address and items included

If you can’t find your dispatch email, you can also view tracking directly from your account on our website once the order has been dispatched.
How to view tracking from your order history
- Sign in to your account on: https://labs.ksec.co.uk/my-account/
- Select Orders (this is your order history): https://labs.ksec.co.uk/my-account/orders/
- You can also view the relevant order by select view
Where to find the tracking details
On the order page, you’ll see a Shipment tracking section once your order has been dispatched
This will show:
- The courier used (for example Royal Mail or DHL)
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link (click the tracking number to open live tracking)
If you don’t see tracking yet
If your order is still being prepared, you may see Not yet dispatched in your order history. Tracking will appear automatically once your parcel has been shipped and scanned by the courier.
Part-dispatched orders
If your order ships in more than one parcel, the order page will show multiple tracking numbers. Each tracking number relates to a separate shipment.
If your tracking has not updated for a while
It is normal for tracking updates to pause at certain stages, especially for international deliveries. This does not usually indicate a problem.
Common reasons for delayed updates include:
- The parcel is in transit between courier hubs
- The parcel is awaiting processing or customs assessment
- The next scan will only appear once it reaches the destination country
If your tracking shows the item is with customs, this is covered in our customs and import guidance.
Please note that tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. It can take several hours, and in some cases up to a day, for the first scan to appear.

Other tracking Information
If your order has not shipped yet:
Some orders are delayed because they contain items on backorder or awaiting restock. If your order includes a backordered item, it will not dispatch until all items are ready unless otherwise agreed.
