Will my items come in one package?

We aim to ship orders in a single package wherever possible.

By default, if your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, it will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

When orders may be split

In some cases, we may contact you to discuss alternative options, such as part-shipping in-stock items first. Part-shipping is not automatic and may involve additional shipping costs.

Important things to know

• Orders are not automatically split
• Back-ordered items will delay dispatch unless otherwise agreed
• Splitting an order must be arranged in advance with support
