Submitting a return request
Once your return request has been submitted, our team aims to review it within 48 hours. If approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may be delayed or rejected.
After your item is returned
Once your item arrives back with us, it will be reviewed by our team. In most cases, returned items are checked within 1 to 2 working days of arrival.
For some products, additional checks may be required by the manufacturer or a third party. In these cases, the review process may take longer, and we will keep you informed if this applies.
