Can you change my shipping option after I’ve paid?
Once an order has been placed, the shipping method cannot be changed through the website.
If you need to upgrade or adjust your shipping option, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
When changes may be possible
In some cases, we may be able to amend the shipping method before the order has been dispatched. This depends on the order status and how far it has progressed through processing.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an upgrade is requested.
Orders that have already shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping options cannot be changed. At that stage, delivery is fully controlled by the courier.
