If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via our support portal.
Address changes are only possible before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Before placing your order
To help reduce address errors, we use an address search and validation tool at checkout. We recommend carefully checking the selected address before completing payment, especially for flats, business premises, or international deliveries.
After placing your order
If you believe your address is incorrect:
- Contact us immediately by raising an order issue ticket
- Include your order number and the correct address details
We will always try to help where possible, but changes are time sensitive and cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect contact details
If the email address or phone number provided for shipping notifications is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
In some cases, we may be able to update shipping contact details before dispatch so you receive tracking updates from the courier. This does not change the account email or order ownership.
For security and data protection reasons, we cannot change the account email address associated with an existing order.
Orders that have already shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us by the courier. In these cases, our support team will advise on the available options once the item is received back.
Payment method limitations
Some payment providers, such as PayPal, do not allow shipping address changes after payment. In these cases, correcting an address may require the order to be refunded and re-placed.
Where applicable, we can offer a refund to store credit for the quickest turnaround, allowing you to place a corrected order without delay.
