Do you offer purchase on account / invoice payment?

We require upfront payment for all orders.

Orders can be paid at checkout using card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Goods are dispatched only once payment has been received and cleared.

Institutional and business customers

For institutional buyers, such as universities or organisations, we can provide a pro-forma invoice on request. Pro-forma invoices are issued for payment purposes only and do not extend credit terms.

Goods will only be shipped once full payment has been received.

Important things to know

• We do not offer purchase on account or 30-day payment terms
• Invoices are issued after order completion, not before dispatch
• Payment is required before any goods are released
