Do you offer purchase on account / invoice payment?

We require upfront payment for all orders.

Orders can be paid at checkout using card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Goods are dispatched only once payment has been received and cleared.

Institutional and business customers

Any buyer, including universities and organisations, can request a quote at checkout and receive a pro-forma invoice by email to pay against. No account or application is needed. See Can I get a quotation or pro-forma invoice before paying?

Buying on a purchase order? Raise a quote and pay against the pro-forma invoice. Pro-forma invoices are for payment only and do not extend credit terms, and goods ship only once full payment has been received.

Important things to know

• We do not offer credit accounts, purchase on account or 30-day payment terms
• Invoices are issued after order completion, not before dispatch
• Payment is required before any goods are released
