Can I return an item outside the return period if it’s faulty?

Yes. Faulty items can be reported even after the standard return window has closed. How returns work and the windows that apply are below.

How returns work

Faulty items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and are not limited to the standard return window. If an item develops a fault, contact our support team even if the standard window has closed. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, work with the manufacturer to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund under the product warranty. Available remedies depend on the product, the nature of the fault, and the manufacturer's terms.

To start any return, open a return request and describe the fault or reason. Do not send anything back before your request is confirmed.
 

Standard return windows

KSEC Worldwide (labs.ksec.co.uk) orders

These windows apply to unwanted or change-of-mind items:

• 14 days from delivery for UK orders
• 30 days from delivery for international orders

KSEC EU (eu.ksec.co.uk) orders

• 14 days from delivery for unused, change-of-mind items, matching your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.
• Faulty goods are covered for up to 2 years from delivery under the EU legal guarantee of conformity, separate from the change-of-mind window.
