Our standard return period for unwanted or change of mind items is:
- 14 days from delivery for UK orders
- 30 days from delivery for international orders
If a product develops a fault outside the applicable return period, please still contact our support team.
While the item may no longer be eligible for a refund, we will assess the issue and, where applicable, work with the manufacturer to arrange a repair or replacement under the product warranty.
